The Holidays!!

I love love love the holidays!

Firstly, October in a nutshell:

These are just few of my favorite people.

Daddy and Rini started playing tug-o-war. Seriously, this was a complete accident and totally perfect.
(Serena's favorite toys are water bottles, so if you see them around my house that's why)

When we were playing with Grandma Hamann, Rini kept laying on her like this:

It was too cute! You can tell she loves her Grandma!

We went to my parents ward Halloween party (that was a week before Halloween)

where she met a new friend!

Madeline! She's my friend Felicia's little girl, and is a week older than Rini.

 These girls are a couple of Princess'!

Rini went trick or treating on Halloween night with aunt D'Veda.

Her dad stayed home and napped.

She tried sharing her treats with him, but he wouldn't wake up. (;

NOVEMBER.

I had this candle from Bath and Body works (it's gone now because I used it all this month!) called Cinnamon Pumpkin. (you can get it here)
YOU GUYS! It smells sooo good. AH, just thinking about it.

I was feeling crafty and did this little DIY project:

I'm so in love with the herringbone pattern right now, and I saw some things on Pinterest and decided to give it a try.

Plus, I'm loving gold.

My hot and single cousin, Buck, came home from his mission.

 Buck and I grew up together and we are both nuts.

But he's more nuts because he's more willing to break the rules than I am.

Believe it or not, I'm the more conservative one about rules!

This was a selfie I tried to take on the bus trip out to the airport to greet him:

The Family Bus where all my aunts, uncles, cousins, etc hop on for a trip so we don't have to take a billion cars.

Because there are a billion of us.

The night before Thanksgiving we went to the 21st Annual Turkey Skate at The Rink.
(Of course I forgot to get pictures.)
We visited a lot of family. Talked about having babies. It was great.
I didn't get any pictures on Thanksgiving either.
Probably because I didn't want to show off my stuffed turkey belly.
We (Chris, me, Serena, and Marcia joined us) went up to the
Mormon Center at Temple Hill where the Haag family Thanksgiving was held.
After we ate, there were blow up slides and "Wipe-Out" looking machines trying to knock you down.
Because what better way to make you throw up your food? (;
Then we went down to Chris' Dad's house and had dinner there.
I don't know if it was the delicious food he made or what,
but Rini loved playing with Grandpa Hamann.
She actually preferred him over her parents, which is a first!

Then there's Black Friday Shopping...
let's just say there were a few trips to Kohls, Target, Michaels, etc. and leave it at that.
I didn't miss Cyber Monday either!
